What are the refund terms?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the call and I will issue a full refund. Inside 24 hours, you can reschedule your call.
What happens before the call?
You get a short intake form and one email that explains how the call runs, what to have open on your screen, and what the playbook will and will not include. The call should not be the first time you understand what you bought.
What happens after the assessment?
I send the playbook and the video, then we meet for the 30-minute review. At the end you have two paths. Take the plan and implement it yourself or with anyone you trust, it is yours. Or hire me to build the first piece and manage it. Either answer is fine, and your $999 comes off the top if you pick the second.
Do I need to be technical?
